By creating an account, accessing the Platform, funding a wallet, requesting advertising account access, or using any services provided through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have authority to bind any company or organization on whose behalf you use the Platform.
All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

The Platform provides access to advertising infrastructure, advertising accounts, wallet funding functionality, campaign management tools, and related services.

The Company may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or advertising platform integration at any time without liability.

3. Ownership of Advertising Accounts

All advertising accounts made available through the Platform remain the sole property of the Company or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such accounts.
Users acquire no ownership rights in any advertising account.
The Company may revoke access at any time for policy violations, fraud concerns, non-payment, excessive risk, or platform abuse.

4. Wallet Balances

Users may request withdrawal of available wallet balances.

Withdrawals may be subject to:

Source-of-funds verification
Fraud review
Compliance review

5. Processing Times

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–10 business days.

Processing times may vary based on:

Payment method
Banking system delays
Platform reconciliation
Compliance reviews

6. Payment Fees

Users are responsible for:

Bank fees
Wire fees
FX conversion fees
Intermediary bank fees
Payment processor fees

Such fees may be deducted from withdrawal amounts.

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

Wallet balances may be frozen.
Advertising accounts may be suspended.
Services may be terminated.

The Company reserves all rights to recover outstanding amounts.

8. Fraud Prevention

The Company may reject, delay, or cancel withdrawals where fraud, abuse, money laundering concerns, or unauthorized payment activity are suspected.

9. Final Decisions

Refund and withdrawal decisions made in accordance with this Policy are final unless otherwise required by law.

KYC and AML Verification Policy

This KYC and AML Verification Policy applies to all users of Dashboard ("Platform").

1. Purpose

The Company may verify the identity, business activities, ownership, payment methods, and source of funds of any User at any time.

The Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate services where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

6. Ongoing Monitoring

The Company may monitor:

Transaction patterns
Funding activity
Withdrawal activity
Advertising activity
Geographic risk factors
Chargeback activity

Additional verification may be requested at any time.

7. Suspension of Services

The Company may suspend:

Wallet funding
Withdrawals
Advertising accounts
Platform access

while verification reviews are conducted.

8. Reporting Obligations

Where required by law, the Company may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, or other authorized authorities.

9. No Liability

The Company shall not be liable for delays, restrictions, account freezes, transaction holds, or service interruptions resulting from compliance reviews or verification procedures.

10. Record Retention

Verification records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and for legitimate business purposes.
